COURSE DESCRIPTION

Undertaking your Business training at Service Skills Academy means you will be taught by experts with varied industry experience. As is the case with all businesses our course will train you in a diverse range of skills imperative to the workplace. In this course, you will develop skills and knowledge in relation to business functions.

This qualification is also suited to the needs of individuals with little or no vocational experience, but who possess sound theoretical business skills and knowledge that they would like to develop in order to create further educational and employment opportunities.

This course is offered in flexible delivery modes for students.

Students may undertake this course fully online, or with additional training received from our expert trainers in tele/skype mode.

Students may also take advantage of facilitated eLearning at the Brisbane or Gold Coast campuses. This option allows students to access to computer facilities and receive the support of our trainers on-site at mutually agreeable times.

All clients will have a language, literacy and numeracy (LL&N) skills indicator conducted at orientation by the college or provide proof of having successfully completed year 10 or equivalent. Equivalent includes completion of a Certificate III level qualification or work experience in a range of roles.

The LL&N skills indicator will identify the student’s level and allow for individual support and/or tailoring of the training approach if needed.

There is no academic pre-requisite for this course.

Applicants must be 17 years or over at commencement of their course.
